Emma’s role is to deal with all compliance issues whilst ensuring that Empire is up to date with all FCA requirements.

Before her role at Empire, Emma spent 15 years at a variety of Highstreet banks from the Co-op to M&S Money. During this time, she worked in plenty of different roles, varying from Branch Manager to Compliance Officer.

When away from the office, Emma spends the majority of her time with her children and also enjoys going to the gym and keeping fit.
